This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our school's outreach and growth.

The bulk of these duties are currently being done by the lead teacher, and more hours will be added to the Marketing Coordinator as funding flows in, removing the workload off the lead teacher and onto the Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Manage Social Media and Marketing for the school Developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and promote our school's values and offerings.
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.
g.
, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and enrollment.
Create and curate compelling content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that align with the school's mission, values, and events.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with school staff, teachers, administrators, and parents to gather content, testimonials, and stories for use in marketing materials.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Manage and maintain the school's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
Coordinate marketing efforts for school events, programs, and initiatives, including designing promotional materials and distributing communications.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and marketing.
Qualifications:
Must be 16
years old.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the school's mission and values through marketing efforts.

Experience:
